Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some common questions we receive about our classes, memberships, and studio policies. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.
What should I wear for a yoga class?
We recommend comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Think leggings or shorts and a fitted top. Avoid overly baggy clothes that might shift during inversions or complex poses. We practice barefoot, so no special footwear is needed.
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
While we encourage you to bring your own mat for hygiene and comfort, we do have mats available for rent at a nominal fee. We also provide props such as blocks, straps, and blankets free of charge.
What if I'm new to yoga? Which class should I start with?
We offer several beginner-friendly classes, including "Gentle Yoga" and "Foundations of Vinyasa." These classes focus on basic poses, proper alignment, and breathing techniques. Our instructors are skilled at providing modifications for all levels. Feel free to chat with our front desk staff or instructors before class to find the best fit for you.
How do I sign up for a membership?
You can view all our membership options and sign up directly on our Membership & Pricing page. We offer various packages to suit different needs, from drop-in passes to unlimited monthly memberships. You can also visit our studio, and our staff will be happy to assist you.
What is your cancellation policy for classes?
We understand that plans can change. For pre-booked classes, we require a minimum of 4 hours notice for cancellations to receive a full refund or class credit. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the class fee or deduction from your membership. Please refer to our Terms of Service for full details.
